Who we are
City Plumbers is a plumbing company serving homeowners, landlords and small businesses across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. We handle the everyday plumbing that goes wrong in a house — blocked drains, leaking pipes, failing water heaters, running toilets — and the emergencies that cannot wait until Monday.
We are a service-area business. Our plumbers are dispatched to you; we do not run a walk-in showroom or storefront, which is why you will not find a shop address on this site. Everything is booked by phone, WhatsApp or through the form on this page.
How we work
- Licensed & insured plumbers on every job
- A firm price agreed before any work starts
- 24/7 dispatch for genuine emergencies
- Free, no-obligation quotes on most work
- Workmanship guarantee on what we repair
- Clean-up and haul-away included
Upfront pricing, in writing
Most plumbing companies will not talk about money until they are standing in your kitchen. We publish our rates instead. Our price calculator prices the common jobs — drain snaking, toilet and faucet work, water heaters, sump pumps — and emails you the full estimate with HST. On site, you approve a firm price before anyone starts work, and you are free to say no.
Our workmanship guarantee
If something we repaired is not right, call us and we will come back and make it right at no additional labour charge. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment we supply are passed on to you in full.
